Vickie is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has 15 years of experience in child support, including working on the Functional Business Team for Nevada’s child support system modernization project. Vickie’s experience spans the entire system development life cycle and includes participating in requirements gathering and design documentation, managing testing, and supporting Office of Child Support Services certification documentation and processes. She has expertise across all child support functional areas and is skilled at working with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that achieve system modernization goals and fulfill program needs.
