He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 40 years of IT experience, including extensive experience in project management. Thom’s expertise includes budget control, staffing, vendor management, software development, infrastructure, and risk and issue management. He has held leadership roles for MMIS modernization projects across the country and is skilled at managing stakeholders, identifying and reporting risks and issues, and reviewing project deliverables for adherence with industry standards and best practices.
