Taylor is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has nearly 10 years of experience in child support bringing substantial administration and enforcement knowledge and experience spearheading case management, outreach, and policy analysis initiatives. Prior to joining CSG, Taylor worked for the Washington Division of Child Support as an IT Business Analyst focused on project management and quality assurance processes. His experience in IT project management includes requirements gathering and management, data conversion, assessment of project deliverables, and identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
