Stuart is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has over 30 years of experience working on healthcare and human services IT systems, focused on Medicaid. He is well versed in business process redesign and requirements gathering, as well as the design and development of system enhancements for state Medicaid systems. Stuart previously supported provider and state employee portal projects for Medicaid programs in Montana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, where he supported multiple online services including claims submission, member eligibility, provider enrollment, claims status, remittance advice, and correspondence history. He also has extensive experience designing, implementing, and management Medicaid interactive voice response and call center systems.
