Steve is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Welfare practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 30 years of project management and leadership experience, including managing large-scale system modernization projects in states across the country. He has led independent verification and validation, project management office, strategic planning, and implementation projects, and he has experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments. He also has experience providing Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification oversight using Streamlined Modular Certification processes.
