Shantel is a business analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 15 years of experience working in Medicaid, including designing and developing new Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), conducting MITA State Self-Assessments, supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services certification, leading testing, and providing independent verification and validation services. She applies her federal requirements expertise across multiple MMIS modules, such as electronic visit verification, provider management, claims, and third party liability to support successful operations and implementation.
