Shane is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing IT solutions, focused on healthcare, pharmacy, and electronic data interface systems. Shane’s expertise includes requirements gathering and management, process improvement, risk assessment and management, and troubleshooting and problem solving. He has experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, training and directing team members at all levels of an organization and serving as a liaison between business and technical units. Prior to joining CSG, Shane worked on the team developing Gainwell’s EDI system, including gathering requirements, mapping transactions, and resolving issues related to transactions.
