Samer is a technical analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Healthcare and Human Services practices. He has more than 25 years of IT experience leading teams in large, complex, and highly customized system modernization projects. He brings extensive knowledge of healthcare IT systems and business processes, including more than five years managing health information exchange projects. Before joining CSG, he served as a Solutions Architect with the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, where he was responsible for ensuring compliance of the agency’s IT structure and security standards with the overall State requirements. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, a Certified National Information Exchange Model Practical Implementer’s, a Certified Professional in Health Information Exchange, and a Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records.
