She has more than five years of experience on public sector IT projects as a business and software quality assurance analyst. She has experience conducting user acceptance testing for integrated eligibility systems, collecting requirements, and writing user stories. She applies her strong understanding of implementation methodologies including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall. Rushika is a Salesforce Certified Associate.
