Robin is a project manager in CSG’s Program Modernization practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience in quality assurance, independent verification and validation, project management, and planning. She is skilled in overseeing, and documenting all aspects of portfolios, programs, and projects. Robin has worked on IT system modernization projects in programs including motor vehicle, tax and revenue, unemployment insurance, health insurance marketplaces, Medicaid, and child welfare. She applies her wide-ranging expertise to evaluate project documentation; provide observations and recommendations; and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
