Rich is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 25 years of experience supporting complex IT projects for the public sector. He brings extensive knowledge of Medicaid functional areas and business processes, as well as federal policy and compliance requirements. Rich has supported Medicaid modernization projects across 13 states and is well versed in the system development lifecycle, data governance and system integration best practices. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Lean Portfolio Manager, and certified OCM Practitioner.
