Rebekah Koltanowski

Rebekah is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practice. She has nearly 10 years of experience in child support and child welfare programs, including working for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services prior to joining CSG. Rebekah is an expert in organizational development strategies and change management and is a Prosci Certified Change Manager. She has successfully led teams through transitional phases in the implementation of a large-scale child support and child welfare programs.
