Rachel is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Healthcare and Human Services practices. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting large-scale system implementation projects for child support and eligibility programs, including providing project management, change management, process development, communications, and training support. While previously working for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, she worked on the Child Support Migration and Modernization project and related post-modernization projects, providing services including process analysis and development, requirements development and validation, testing, and go-live and post-implementation support. She is skilled at working with organizational stakeholders to design and implement systems meeting agency needs and coaching project team members to support the team’s performance and success.
