Peter is an organizational change management expert in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services Practice. He is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and Authorized Change Facilitator with more than 20 years of experience as an OCM leader spearheading transformative change initiatives that align with organizational priorities. Peter is an expert in engaging stakeholders and facilitating organizational development activities, including coaching thousands of stakeholders through large-scale system and operational changes at healthcare organizations. His expertise includes organizational readiness and enablement, communication development and management, change adoption, resistance management, and cultural change assessments. He brings experience throughout the full project life cycle, supporting strategy, execution, training, project management, and application of metrics, sustainability, and continuous improvement strategies.
