Patty is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She brings more than 20 years of public sector project management and business analysis experience for large-scale modernization projects in the State of Missouri, spanning multiple government programs including integrated eligibility, revenue/tax, education, and social services. Patty has experience facilitating joint application design sessions, requirement gathering sessions, and other meetings for state staff, key project stakeholders, and vendor teams. Since 2016, she has worked on Missouri’s Eligibility Determination and Enrollment System modernization project, monitoring project quality and developing deliverables including management plans, implementation plans, and status reports.
