Pamela is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She holds expertise in private and publicly funded health care programs and directing business and technology solutions. Pamela has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning of policy, programs, contracts, suppliers, and outcomes in support of overall business objectives. She has managed major healthcare system replacements through the full system development lifecycle, from design to implementation. Pamela has led testing, requirements validation, procurement strategy, risk and change management techniques, and improvement of business processes across multiple Medicaid Management Information System projects.
