P.J. Fritsche

P.J. is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice with more than 40 years of public sector HHS experience. Prior to joining CSG, P.J. worked with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for decades in various Director and Manager-level roles. She served as the Texas HHSC Deputy CIO for Day-to-Day Operations, responsible for overseeing the IT organization’s systems modernization and implementation projects which spanned Medicaid and other health and social services programs. She brings extensive knowledge of HHS IT systems, functional areas, business processes, and federal policy and funding requirements.
