Norman Curtis

Principal

Norman is the manager of our Methodologies and Practice Advisory team supporting CSG’s national practices. A PMI-certified Project Management Professional, he has over 25 years of experience managing private and public sector divisions. Norman is skilled at developing, communicating, and managing the strategic direction of IT projects to achieve the state’s goals. Prior to joining CSG he held director-level roles managing human resources, customer service, and healthcare member and provider services projects for the State of Maine’s Medicaid program. Under his management, the State saw improvement in productivity and increased operational efficiency.
