Nikki is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on supporting state Medicaid system modernizations. She is well-versed in requirements definition, quality assurance best practices, technical and functional designs, and the Agile software development life cycle. Nikki previously served as the project manager for the California Medicaid Provider Network Direct Contract, where she developed and implemented a detailed work plan to expand the State’s Provider Network workgroup.
