Nerma is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than five years of experience supporting public sector HHS and child welfare IT modernization projects. Nerma is well versed in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Administration for Children and Families (ACF) policy compliance requirements and testing management. Prior to joining CSG, she spent more than five years with Vermont’s Medicaid program, where she led implementation and quality assurance for projects across the State’s platforms. She also holds a Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
