Nanette Simmons

Nanette is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 20 years of experience developing and managing child welfare programs, previously working for the Nebraska Division of Child and Family Services. Nanette has developed child welfare policies, procedures, and regulations to equip staff and stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of program needs. Her expertise includes program management, strategic planning, training, financial, policy development, contract development, and preparing legislature impact summaries and testimony. In her role in Nebraska, she provided outreach and guidance on drafted policies and upheld cross-collaboration efforts with several stakeholders including federal partners.
