Nancy is the Manager of The CSG Way training program and CSG REALize℠, our proprietary library of knowledge, methods, and tools built from CSG’s real-world experience and industry research. She has worked in information systems since 1993 and in the Medicaid industry since 2000. Nancy’s team is responsible for developing and managing artifacts for CSG REALize℠ and developing and delivering company-wide professional development curriculum.
