Mohammad is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has over five years of experience gathering, defining, and validating functional business requirements for large IT system modernizations. He is skilled in conducting user acceptance testing, front-end, and end-to-end testing across the entire software development life cycle. He also brings expertise in organizational change management processes to help facilitate successful transitions to new technologies. Mohammad has supported several government IT systems projects in child care and HHS systems.
