Michelle is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has nearly 26 years of Medicaid IT experience, including managing IT system implementations for state government Medicaid programs. She brings extensive knowledge of contract management best practices, federal compliance, and risk management. Michelle most recently supported the implementation of Medicaid Benefits Management, Claiming and Financial Processing, Provider Portals, Data Management Services, Third Party Liability, and Pharmacy Benefits System for New Mexico, where she improved management processes, assessed operational system readiness, developed enterprise testing plans, designed procurement and contract documents, and enforced contract compliance.
