Michael is a business and technical analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services, Child Support, and Child Welfare practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 25 years of systems implementation and project management experience across a broad range of project delivery roles, specializing in human services and education solutions. Michael has participated in all aspects of the project life cycle, including proposal and business development, project planning and execution, and deliverables construction and acceptance. He has extensive experience in all phases of project delivery including systems analysis, requirements gathering, detailed system design, software development, unit and system testing, user training and support, user acceptance testing, implementation, post implementation support, and quality assurance.
