Michael is a Client Executive in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of public sector IT experience that he applies to provide management and oversight to CSG project teams. Michael is well-versed in requirements gathering and traceability, enterprise HHS architecture, data management, and systems performance, storage, and analytics. He brings extensive knowledge and experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems, eligibility systems, and health insurance marketplaces in numerous states.
