Michael is a business analyst with CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has over 20 years of state government experience, with a focus on Medicaid and social work. He brings extensive knowledge of Medicaid business processes and federal policy compliance, and has experience developing and delivering trainings to staff in these areas. Michael is the former Medicaid Deputy Administrator and Programs Bureau Chief for the Idaho Division of Medicaid, where he provided oversight and guidance for policy, procedure, and system development. He also served as the President of the Board of Directors for the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education (NAME) from 2022 to 2024.
