Michael is a project manager and senior technical analyst in across multiple CSG practices. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles overseeing IT strategy engagements. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, program management, software development, and systems development. Michael is the former Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Director of Major Projects for the State of Colorado, where he successfully led the development and implementation of numerous multi-million dollar IT modernization projects.
