Melissa is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare and Healthcare and Human Services practices. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience working with state social services agencies to improve operational outcomes. She brings extensive knowledge and experience with child welfare, Medicaid, human services, health information technology, business transformation, strategic planning, project management, and the Agile system development life cycle. Melissa also brings experience managing and executing UAT for large-scale system modernization projects.
