Melanie is a procurement analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 30 years of experience in the Medicaid field with extensive experience developing RFPs, including the successful Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) procurement for the State of Mississippi. Melanie has contributed to the development of more than 30 RFPs and solicitation documents and has deep experience developing evaluation scoring algorithms, cost proposal requirements, and pricing methodologies. She also has expertise in Medicaid eligibility, third party liability, program integrity, eligibility quality control, and strategic planning.
