Matthew has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry providing product and customer experience support. He is an infrastructure support analyst in CSG Tech, our internal technology organization, responsible for supporting the operation of all CSG technical infrastructure systems and networking capabilities. He assists with technology strategy and planning around hardware, software, and system implementation projects.
