Mark is a business and functional analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has more than 25 years of experience working on child support system modernization projects in numerous states. Mark has experience performing requirements gathering, facilitating joint application development sessions, training, and executing other quality assurance functions. He also has expertise in Office of Child Support Services certification requirements and has broad experience in testing, including creating and executing test scripts and reporting and following up on defects.
