Mark is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He has more than 30 years of experience managing IT projects for state government agencies, with a focus on Medicaid Management Information Systems. His experience includes strategic planning, procurement development and support, project management, and compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulations. Prior to joining CSG, Mark spent more than 10 years in senior-level roles for the Connecticut Medicaid program, including supervising MMIS system operations, leading the Medicaid Enterprise Technology System modernization project, managing contracts across the organization, and developing Advance Planning Documents for initiatives across the program.
