Maggie is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than five years of experience in public benefits and brings strong project management support knowledge. Prior to joining CSG, Maggie was a Benefit Process Associate for Benefits Data Trust, where she maintained and enhanced public benefit screening software, oversaw software migrations, and improved processes for increased efficiency and client satisfaction. Her expertise includes project management, stakeholder collaboration, strategic problem solving, and she has utilized Agile project management methodologies.
