Lynn is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience in management and project coordination. Lynn provided oversight for the certification of New Jersey’s Medicaid Management Information System modernization, securing a million dollar funding model. Her experience supporting complex IT projects includes management of integrated master schedules; organizational change management activities; risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) logs; and lessons learned reporting.
