Lyndall is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has expertise in overseeing child protection initiatives in the State of Florida, including supporting the development of its Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System. Her IT experience includes providing testing execution oversight, creating guides for end users, and coordinating communications between end users, developers, and vendors to ensure system functionality.
