Lisa is a business analyst in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 30 years of experience supporting and leading business teams through large, complex system implementations and modernizations in the Medicaid industry. Lisa brings extensive knowledge of Medicaid functional and business processes, as well as federal policies and regulations. She has experience in training teams on the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule and managed teams developing modular systems training at both the state and vendor level.
