Lisa is a project manager across CSG’s national practices with more than 30 years’ experience in the IT field. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an ITIL Foundation v3 certification and Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) training. Lisa has managed project management offices, independent verification and validation projects, business process improvement projects, and many critical path tasks on systems implementation projects. She possesses deep experience in the public and private sectors including child welfare, motor vehicles, unemployment insurance, revenue, healthcare, and education. Her broad expertise includes quality assurance, testing, business process reengineering and improvement, requirements elicitation and validation, and systems design and development. Lisa has the proven ability to lead functional teams and multiple work threads to completion on time and within budget.
