Lisa is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 20 years of public sector project management and business analysis experience focused on child welfare, child support, and SNAP programs. Prior to joining CSG, Lisa served as an IT Specialist for the Children’s Bureau, and office of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), providing technical assistance and guidance to eight states to ensure new software systems followed the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) federal reporting requirements. She brings expertise in state and federal regulatory compliance and funding, RFP development, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and user acceptance testing. Lisa also previously served as Project Director for the replacement of Louisiana’s child welfare intake and investigation modules responsible for overseeing the scope, design, federal compliance, and vendor coordination.
