Liesa is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 25 years of experience working in child support programs within state government, including serving 10 years as the Utah IV-D Program Director. She brings extensive knowledge of child support functional areas, systems, and business processes. Liesa is highly engaged in the child support industry, serving on the National Council of Child Support Directors (NCCSD) Executive Board for four years and on the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council (WICSEC) Board Member and Executive Officer for the past seven years.
