He has more than 15 years of experience working on complex IT projects for both the public and private sectors, bringing extensive knowledge of the full software development life cycle from requirements definition through post implementation support. He is a testing expert with experience using multiple software testing types including user acceptance testing, security vulnerability testing, regression testing, and unit testing. Leo is a skilled Agile practitioner with experience leading daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
