She has a wide range of healthcare and human services expertise, including improving operational processes from manual workaround efforts to automated processes, user acceptance testing, and independent verification and validation services. La’Tivia’s Medicaid expertise includes Provider Management, Medicaid enrollment, claims processing, and performing Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) assessments.
