Larry has successfully managed large-scale system engineering and product development programs ranging in value from small business unit tasks to strategic investments of greater than $100 million. Larry has well-rounded professional experience in independent verification and validation, quality assurance, requirements definition, technical management, solutions architecture, telecommunications protocols, system upgrades and migrations, and customer relationship management.
