Landis is CSG’s National Child Support Practice Lead. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in child support and other human services programs. Landis has been leading child support system modernization projects for over a decade, responsible for overseeing all CSG’s child support engagements. She brings expertise in system planning, implementation readiness, project management, quality assurance, independent verification and validation, and organizational change management. Landis is a recognized industry leader, currently serving on multiple National Child Support Engagement Association committees and regularly speaking at national and regional child support conferences.
