Kristen is a project coordinator in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Welfare practices. She has over five years of management experience in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes employee development and training, scheduling, deliverable development, and risk and issue management. Kristen previously served as a project coordinator for the United States Small Business Administration, where she developed employee training programs and implemented business process improvements that maximized agency productivity.
