Kizzy is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Service practice. She has more than 10 years of experience working with healthcare eligibility systems in a variety of roles. Kizzy also has extensive experience in process improvement, applying strategic planning and root cause analysis principles to increase productivity and timeliness by maximizing teamwork and efficiencies. Her experience on system modernization projects includes requirements elicitation and documentation, training development, and mentoring of operational staff and end users on functionality of the new system.
