Kimberly is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information technology and operations management. Kimberly has supported Medicaid Management Information System modernization projects in multiple states, including serving as a Program Operations Project Manager for Virginia’s Medicaid Enterprise System Project, overseeing the implementation of Appeals and Provider Management systems. She brings experience with project management, business process analysis and process improvement, requirements definition and management, quality management, and testing. Her Medicaid expertise spans claims processing, provider management and enrollment, appeals, and finance.
