Justin is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare and Healthcare and Human Services practices. He has more than 15 years of experience supporting government assistance programs including more than a decade working at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services focused on the child welfare, Medicaid, economic assistance, and developmental disabilities programs. Justin’s experience includes business process analysis and modeling, process improvement, project management, quality assurance, and case management services. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has supported a variety of process improvement initiatives as well as IT system projects and is well-versed in Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall system development methodologies.
