Juliet is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 20 years of experience working in child support IT systems and software. Juliet’s expertise includes training, requirements gathering and system design, testing, staff management, stakeholder communications, and data collection. She has experience on child support modernization projects in four states, including conducting training with end users; ensuring application readiness, pilot, and rollout assessments are completed; and leading joint application development and planning sessions; and designing and developing new documents and other enhancements.
