He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 10 years of experience in government consulting and programs, specializing in Medicaid. Joseph is a skilled project manager and has led teams through complex procurement support and project management engagements, coordinating across workstreams to ensure performance and expectations align with State goals and objectives. He also has experience in data and business intelligence, including designing and building project dashboards that assist projects in work capacity planning and schedule management.
